I missed an Omnibus as it went out of stock within days of release so i clicked on notify me when more stock arrives and with in 2-3 week i got the notification and i ordered it within the hour of receiving the message and it was labeled as in stock still. It is now 6 weeks past the date that they said they were going to get it in. I have sent multiple e-mails asking are they actually getting it and they do not give me a clear answer like they don't have the ability to know. I do not believe this. They offered me the alterante version of the same omnibus and I believe they just wanted to bait and switch customers from the beggining to get rid of that omnibus. For a company to send you an email telling you they are getting it back in they must have been told by the supplier otherwise where does that come from? They have either like i said did this to bait and switch me or lied. There is noway that Marvel or whoever it is are going to say yeah you have more comming or they ask for more and have been told yes you can have it then no stock appears. They have not got enough in stock in to give everyone a copy and are not telling them it hasn't come in or they are liars in the hope of you giving up and just buying the other ones. So i am going to have running late on an order indefinately. It's a joke and you just can not trust this dodgy practice. This method is against trading standards and I have reported them!
