Incident with Customer Service.

I had a troubling experience with the service team regarding a complaint. After bringing my vehicle in for a service, I faced repeated issues with an intercooler pipe that led to a potential accident. I was advised to use parts from an independent supplier to fix the problem, which I found unacceptable. After spending over $1,000 on service, I shouldn't have to resort to outside solutions for safety. My trust in the service team is now severely diminished.
