Lack of Communication Regarding Vehicle Repairs.

I had two vehicles undergo recalls, and both broke down shortly after. My vehicle has been with the service team since October 1st, and communication has been poor. They moved my vehicle to a distant location without providing clear updates. After several attempts to get information, I feel ignored and misled. This experience has pushed me to reconsider my loyalty to the brand.
