When I call the customer service team, I don't have to wait long, and they're always efficient and friendly. Unlike some other providers, this institution offers same-day withdrawals and electronic ISA transfers, which are important to me when choosing a savings provider. My only complaint is the large and sometimes unnecessary graphics on the website!
