I've been a customer of a financial institution for two years and am very pleased with their offerings and competitive interest rates. The customer support team is efficient and friendly, and I rarely have to wait long when I call. Unlike some other providers, this institution allows same-day withdrawals and electronic transfers, which are crucial for my savings decisions. My only minor complaint is the oversized and sometimes irrelevant graphics on the website!

My only complaint is the large and sometimes unnecessary graphics on the website!
Opening an account could be simpler, with numbers coming from all directions and passcodes delivered in barely visible letters. However, once the account was set up, everything functioned correctly. Just like with older cars, if it's running well, don't mess with it. Please remember to keep it simple and avoid unnecessary changes to the app; it's working great as it is!
The service has been terrible. They closed my daughter’s fixed accounts without any notice, resulting in a significant loss of interest. I approached an ombudsman, but they sided with the institution, which was disappointing. I have now closed all my accounts with them in frustration. Never again!
I've been using this financial institution for a couple of years, making new deposits throughout the year. They notify me in advance about maturing accounts, offering the choice to withdraw money or renew a product. I have complete confidence in this institution, though the updated app makes it tricky to view monthly interest payments. Aside from that, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
The service has been completely ineffective. I transferred money to purchase a cash ISA, but it didn’t show up in my account. When I called for assistance, I was told that because I used my name instead of my account number, the money would simply be returned. I asked to speak to someone who could help me resolve this over the phone, but was denied. I decided to take my business elsewhere, which is no surprise given their poor reviews.
The account opening process was the worst I've ever encountered. First, the app only works on the latest smartphones. Then, I received a letter with a pass number that was nearly impossible to read. Resetting the password requires yet another pass number. The whole experience is far too complicated.
