Having seen the negative reviews was a bit reluctant to open a 2 year fixed rate bond with Ford Money. I decided to go ahead as it was the market leading rate. The application process was straightforward and simple. Got my account details and could have deposited money within minutes but waited until the next day until I got my customer ID by email so that I could login online. When I deposited money I got a text about 10 minutes later to say the funds had been received. Don't know why there is so many negative reviews but from me it is a well deserved 5 for simplicity, clarity and good rates.
