Awful company ! It took over a calendar month to confirm my account details -Finally got my details in the post and I am told the account had been closed as not funded in 21 days of application (WELL HELLO MISSION IMPOSSIBLE !)Well they say everything happens for a reason got a better deal elsewhere so cheers for that and ps. please advise your customer service people not to laugh at customers its not very professional at all not surprised he forgot to press the survey button at the end of call !!!!! * ADDED AFTER REPLY -What poor reply a misinterpretation of sarcasm that's the best one I heard yet and as for the excuse I had to contact you 2wks in to be told there was error this should have been picked up and reported to myself within 24hrs not me to have to contact you then wait another 2-3 weeks for you process come on talk about pass the blame just read the other reviews looks like a common occurrence!
