I saw Dr. Rama of Plymouth for a cosmetic procedure, (for which I had paid in advance) after which she billed me for an entirely bogus pathology lab service that was never ordered or performed. This appears to be a pattern for this practice. The Department of Justice reports that Forefront recently paid $850,000 to resolve allegations of false wound procedure claims.
