I was 5 minutes late. I know it was my fault. I begged them to take me in, even offered to pay whatever they wanted, because I have a horrible red face rash and I was desperate for care, but the receptionist was cold and unreceptive. she said the doctor wouldn't take me. she did reschedule me, but I will never go back. I won't let a place like that be in charge of my health care

Bogus Charges

I saw Dr. Rama of Plymouth for a cosmetic procedure, (for which I had paid in advance) after which she billed me for an entirely bogus pathology lab service that was never ordered or performed. This appears to be a pattern for this practice. The Department of Justice reports that Forefront recently paid $850,000 to resolve allegations of false wound procedure claims. That is a lot of bogus claims! Unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow me to provide the link, but just good "Forefront Justice Department.

I went here for the removal of an Angioma

I went here for the removal of an agioma. I was told by the Doctor that insurance would not be billed, but that the fee was $100. I paid that amount and the procedure was performed. The procedure was NOT successful (the angioma was still there) and I keep receiving bills for an additional $63. I called the office and explained the situation. No solution was offered. I was told that the additional charge would remain as being owed and I was not invited back in to have the problem corrected. I am giving this place one star because of the ineffective treatment, unclear charges and clear lack of care shown for fixing the issue.

Billing services a nightmare

The practice I've gone to for years (excellent in every way! I drive an hour to see them) sold to Forefront for billing. I've had two bills, and both have been a nightmare to pay. I know they'd prefer credit card online payment, but I preferred to send in payment via online bill pay; the information straight from the invoice wasn't accepted. Hey - problems happen, so I went to the text they sent to verify the invoice information. The text link to the site - 'this service isn't available.'The email link from the emailed invoice - 'this service isn't available.'Tried the patient portal - 'we don't know who you are - call our office.'Called the office: the message is ,'pay online or call us when we're here'. They are only there during working hours - OUR working hours. You can't email them, leave a message, text, NOTHING. I'm not even disputing the charges - I'm just trying to pay them! The first experience was just a few weeks prior. The practice required that I leave a card on file to use for payment; I don't like to do this, but I've long complied. Then I get an invoice - over text - from Forefront; they need all my card information so they can collect! I don't know if this is fraud or what. I call, get a person who I can barely understand (nor can she understand me), and they say they don't get card information from the practice, but I can provide it over the phone. Not a chance. The entire call took almost 1 hour from my call. Thankfully, the practice agreed to handle charging my card from the office.I pay my bills on time, every time. But Forefront? They act like they're doing you the favor in allowing you to pay them. How they want. When they want.I'm done - sadly, when this is closed out, I'm leaving this practice I've been at for over 10 years.

10 minute visit for a bill over $300

Doctor Gina Spohn out of the Green Bay, WI office came into the room after 20 minutes waiting in the office and said I hope we can cover all that you want to have looked at. I only wanted her to look at my one toe to see if infected. She left the room quick and did not finish answering all of my questions. This was my first visit and last.

Avoid

They do an excellent job of not answering the phone. This goes for their billing department or their main office. The lowest quality of customer care of any doctors office I know of.

Just Don’t Do It!

Despite being on time for my appointment as well as completing check in at home, they call back appointments scheduled AFTER me. I inquired with the receptionist if I was really checked in and she explained “it’s just the way the paper falls.” What does that even mean? How insignificant am I to you? Then the nurse-like lady became angry because she told me that I was there for ZEEMA follow up & I don’t know what that is. Is that a medicine? A disease? “It’s in your notes!” she exclaimed and then slammed the door on her way out. That was all it took to trigger my Panic Disorder. I began shaking, crying; it was humiliating & is irrational to the rational.…I had to request that she NOT return to my exam room. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! The staff could benefit from empathy training as well as professional development on working WITH the mentally disabled so as not to unnecessarily create a threatening environment for a patient. Definitely do NOT call the number they give you. Forefront just got rid of the Americans and outsourced the call center to another country that doesn’t speak English as a first language. They put you on a ‘hold’ and the phone disconnects. The office never gets messages and/or returns calls. I consider Forefront to be unAmerican and wish they would return their call center here. It’s a necessary connection for patients receiving treatments or needing their prescriptions. Bring the call center home and hire back our citizens.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. They bought the dermatology practice I have been going to for years. After my first appointment with this new owner, where I paid my $40 co-pay, they sent me a bill for $1,250. After spending half-a-day of my time to clear that up, or so I thought, they just sent me another bill for $223. They are either incompetent or fraudsters.

I am very disappointed about Dr…

I am very disappointed about Dr Anselmo,Freidrich. Visited him twice. Didn’t find the cause of my itching at. Even I told me several times about extreme itching at nighttime. Later two visits to PA Joanne Towers who is much better. She tried different medicines and blood tests. Still not found the cause of the itching. Later, my sister called me and found out that it is scabies that causes the extreme itching at nights which allergy medicines don’t work. My mom got it from nursing home. My siblings got it from my mom while visiting her. My sister said her dermatologist investigated her itching skin and found the scabies tunnels. If Dr Anselmo investigated my itching skin at my first visit, he should have found the cause right way. But he didn’t. There should not be necessary for my 2nd, 3rd, 4th visits. All these visits cost insurance nearly $1000. If the Dr Anselmo found out the scabies as the cause of my itching at nights, he wouldn’t be able to charge this much money. It’s because of his ignorance that caused me 4 doctor visits and near $1000 charges. My insurance covered most of them. But this greedy practice still trying to send me the remaining bills. If they continue to send me bills, I will ask a liability attorney to sue their practices.
