I ordered a summerhouse from this company which has turned out to be one of my worst experiences I’ve had as a consumer.It all started when I had to get in touch about receiving a delivery date. My order was despatched on the 18th Sept. When I requested an update I was informed of the 7-10 working day deadline….based on that info I erred on the latter and booked a tradesman to construct the summerhouse 2 days plus….deposit now lost.After numerous contacts with FG and missed days of waiting for promised deliveries, my product arrived yesterday 7th Oct….the company who delivered the summerhouse is called “Streamline”. You can sense the irony!!!.My promised “white glove” service was a lot less than expected….one driver….various parts put outside the property with no check of what had been delivered.I called FG to let them know what had happened and that there may be some parts missing, also a problem with how the product may have been stored….eg the roof felt was covered in mud and not in a roll..but squashed flat. The reaction from the supervisor was that of “take it or leave it” and that’s the way it is.My wife and I did a check of the parts and I must admit the quality of the product is nothing like you see on the website……the workmanship is akin to that of glorified wooden pallets.As the title of this rant specifies….don’t waste your money and go and buy some decent shiplap and build your own at half the price and be hassle free.P.S …I only gave 1 star because I was not allowed to give 0
