To follow upon my previous review The company have now responded and have offered replacement parts I have accepted another door but all the other faults have had to be sorted out best we can because once you start to build you cant really take it all apart The 6 x 4 Summer House looks lovely on the Forest Garden photos but don't be fooled by that. What you receive is Extremely Rough Cheap Wood, Sharp Edges Not even smoothed off, Warped Parts, Knot Holes, Split Panels, and Shoddy Workmanship on the parts pre assembled Not lined up or level so a nightmare to work with This has been a stressful time for us from start to finish I must say though the delivery guy was great I just wish we had bought a different Summer House from somewhere else What started off at a reasonably priced one has turned out a lot more expensive with numerous 18 mile round trips to B & Q Hopefully all our hard work and expense will be worth it in the end The Girls at Forest Garden were very polite and did offer some solutions so I cannot fault them at all
