I waited 17 days for delivery of a summer house from this company Ok we live in Scotland Wre began building and today on our third day I have had faults with almost every part Gaps Homes stuff not fitting correctly Pre assembled parts shoddily put together What a nightmare we have remedied most of the issues ourselves but on the last lap I could cry One door so badly warped we struggled to get it on and now it spoils the whole look of the summer house I Contacted this company and expected a quick response but nothing so far Surely they can do better service I am stuck with a problem now and it needs to be solved All in all o would never buy from this company again Their stuff is absolutely well below standard but as most people would agree once you start to build them up it's only then you notice all the faults They know this so have us exactly where they want us
