The perfect gift! This song was beyond my expectations. The few tweaks were made quickly and free for the changes made. Love that you can get a 40 second preview before you hand over any money, just brilliant from start to finish. I love it as much as my partner who I bought it for. Thank you
The customer service must be AI. I wrote multiple times asking for a change. I paid for several changes. Each time they reported back how sorry they were and how I deserved better and they had made the changes requested however, each time the song was still the same - leaving out key lyrics that had been requested! It is a fun concept and a great service if it works if it doesn’t work and you need changes, it is near impossible to get them to happen. It will cost a lot more money than you expect because so many changes are needed.
Wow I am so impressed. I love the way it turned out. I wish they would provide the words though because I couldn’t make out one word. lol… If that’s the only negative (if you want to call it that), then it’s perfect! I can’t wait to play it for my fiancé. I know he going to love it. He is a wonderful man who came into my life late in my life and brightened up my world. I may tweet it a bit and add something else but I’m not sure if I will. It was a little expensive for me but it was worth every bit I spent. This is a birthday gift for him and a wedding gift as well. Best present ever! Thanks so much.
All I can say is Beautifully done. I will cherish this song forever! We will be celebrating my mom (Christeen) 30 years Anniversary this year and this is a good way to honor her and her memory, she's no longer with us but we feel her present everyday. So Thank you for your attention to details and the lovely lady voice and the music that was selected was spot on.
