The customer service must be AI. I wrote multiple times asking for a change. I paid for several changes. Each time they reported back how sorry they were and how I deserved better and they had made the changes requested however, each time the song was still the same - leaving out key lyrics that had been requested! It is a fun concept and a great service if it works if it doesn’t work and you need changes, it is near impossible to get them to happen. It will cost a lot more money than you expect because so many changes are needed.
