It seems this service is inconsistent, and unfortunately, I experienced the downside. I ordered $140 worth of candles as Christmas gifts for the young women in my family at the end of November, around the 26th, and as of December 15, I still haven't received them. I'm starting to worry if the girls will even get their gifts. I had high hopes given the positive reviews I read, especially since they are all in the 17-24 age range, which seemed perfect for these candles. Now I'm left feeling quite disheartened.
