Candles smell amazing! My address was rejected by system due to how I plugged it in but the company quickly emailed me to sort everything out and I received my order in a reasonable ship time even with this minor issue. Still a bit curious to how the “bonus entry points” work as there was not much instructions on how to track and know if i won anything or not.
I absolutely adore my Forever Wick candles!! From the moment I lit it, the lovely fragrance filled the room and created such a warm, cozy atmosphere. The scent is perfectly balanced—not overwhelming but just enough to make the space feel inviting!!
The real surprise came as the candle burned down—the hidden diamond! It was such a fun and exciting experience to uncover a REAL DIAMOND!!! It truly feels like a luxurious treat, combining relaxation with a little bit of treasure-hunting!!

I've ordered more than once - one time, the glass on a candle was broken but customer service was eager and helpful to resolve it with MY choice of refund or store credit. More recently, we lost power during a winter storm and lit several (about 10) of their candles in the bedroom - warm glow, soothing smell, and raised the temperature 15 degrees higher than the rest of the house. I'm sure they weren't thinking 'emergency candle' but 'emergency' means 'do what you can with what you got.' Yes, there are diamonds. Yes, they are real. Yes, you can 'trade in' for diamond jewelry. Yes, I'll buy more.
The glass vial was completely empty! My wife was heartbroken! I had given it to her along with other gifts for our tenth anniversary, and this was the one she looked forward to the most! After burning the candle and scanning the code, it promised a $25 diamond inside! But there was NOTHING! What a total scam!
I have reached out to the service multiple times regarding an order placed on December 5th. I was informed it would arrive by December 10th. However, they keep stating that delays are due to weather issues. Every time I check the order status, it shows that it has shipped and is pending delivery. Now, it's December 19th, and I'm left disappointed.

I typically light them for about 3-4 hours daily, and the first candle lasted around 50 to 60 hours, though they claim 70 hours, so that may vary. I've seen complaints about broken candles, but my first order of six arrived well-packaged and intact. I suspect breakage occurs with third-party sellers. There are frequent sales, so even though single diamond candles range from $25 to $40, you can find them for $20 to $30 during promotions. One of my candles surprisingly contained two diamonds, even though I ordered a pack of single diamond candles. Cons:

Ordered on November 21, delivered on the 29th. The candles arrived sooner than expected and have a pleasant scent, but they may melt in the package during summer. This could have been a more positive review if the company hadn't misrepresented their promotions. When I purchased the candles, the offer included a $30 gift for spending a certain amount, along with a free diamond and free shipping for additional spending. However, customer support claims that I didn't qualify for the diamond or gift, despite receiving free shipping.
