Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Service

I had a deeply troubling experience with the service involving several platform failures that significantly impacted my trading and led to financial losses. In one instance, the platform's countdown timer inaccurately indicated time remaining even after the silver market had closed. I documented this occurrence on video and shared it with the company. Because the platform incorrectly displayed the market as open, I was unable to execute a trade despite my clear intent. The service later refunded €1,400 related to this issue, acknowledging a platform error, yet the broader consequences of the malfunction were not adequately addressed. On a different occasion, while managing an open position, I encountered a chart-loading error that caused my stop-loss to be altered by the system without my consent, leading to an early closure of my position, despite the market price never reaching my set stop-loss levels. I have screenshots and video evidence showing that the price did not interact with those levels, and the chart data itself reflected inconsistent values, indicating a system malfunction. I possess video proof of various issues, including incorrect market timing, chart failures, and stop-loss management problems. These are not minor bugs; they seriously affect the tradability of the market and the functionality of risk controls. What is particularly frustrating is not just the occurrence of technical issues, but the lack of meaningful response when I brought them up. My concerns were dismissed with generic references rather than addressing the specific failures demonstrated in my video evidence, and my account was subsequently closed without any identified breach. I am now pursuing these issues through formal regulatory channels. I strongly advise other traders to record their screens, maintain detailed evidence, and exercise caution when relying on the timing, pricing, and risk management tools provided by the platform.

Terrible Customer Service and Practices

I find the practices here concerning. Creating an account feels intentionally complicated to create an illusion of legitimacy. The spreads are unfavorable, and stop losses are triggered without cause. Customer service is the worst I have encountered. When you create an account, the initial contact is either automated or a generic response. Once you start making money, you receive incessant calls and emails, making withdrawals nearly impossible.
