I had a very frustrating experience with the service. I followed all the necessary steps and verified everything, yet I was unable to complete the payment due to a MaxMind issue. The payment method simply does not work, despite everything on my end being correct. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but they were of no assistance. They provided only generic responses and failed to offer any real solutions. I thoroughly checked all my information, including IP and payment method – everything seems fine, yet the issue persists. To make matters worse, the support team treats the situation as if the problem lies with the customer, even when it clearly does not. There is a lack of accountability and no genuine effort to resolve the issue. In summary, the payment system is very poor and the customer support is quite disappointing. I cannot recommend this service.
