buy a dedicated server $214, never run smoothly for a week, always off for some weird reason. IT says the issue is solved but never did. pure lie and incompetence.

I had a very frustrating experience with the service. I followed all the necessary steps and verified everything, yet I was unable to complete the payment due to a MaxMind issue. The payment method simply does not work, despite everything on my end being correct. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but they were of no assistance. They provided only generic responses and failed to offer any real solutions. I thoroughly checked all my information, including IP and payment method – everything seems fine, yet the issue persists. To make matters worse, the support team treats the situation as if the problem lies with the customer, even when it clearly does not. There is a lack of accountability and no genuine effort to resolve the issue. In summary, the payment system is very poor and the customer support is quite disappointing. I cannot recommend this service.
⚠️ STEER CLEAR - Trading Risk ⚠️ The service has cost me thousands due to lost trades. Their servers consistently crash every two weeks because of blocked Windows updates. For over 3 hours each time, I can't access the platform, positions are lost, and my capital is at risk. The support team responds extremely slowly. It's a disgrace for serious traders. This company puts client accounts in jeopardy through gross negligence. RUN. Protect your capital. These practices must be STOPPED.
