I was disappointed by the service provided by Mr. Ricardo whose conduct was dismissive and prioritized a potential commission over my needs as a customer.During our interaction, the associate repeatedly brushed off my specific questions regarding prescription glasses and my insurance and refused to listen to my requirements. Instead of providing the requested information, they pressured me toward a high-ticket item that did not meet my criteria. When I attempted to redirect the conversation to my actual needs, the associate became visibly impatient and eventually walked away while I was still speaking.
