This book was already priced on the higher side. The shipping process was misleading and took a long time, with no tracking available. When it finally arrived, it was in poor condition! I have evidence and all my correspondence. I've struggled to reach anyone from the service to resolve this. Had I known this was how they operated, I wouldn't have spent my money! I'm already at a loss, and the damage is done. I feel it's crucial to warn others, especially since many are facing financial difficulties. I expected a company with integrity and positive values, but that was not the case!

On January 7, I placed and paid for an order for a book through the platform. The payment went through successfully, and my account reflects that the order was completed. However, as of now, I have not received the book or any confirmation emails regarding my order. I reached out about this on January 9 and again recently, but I still haven't received a response. I kindly request clarity within 5 business days regarding: • the status of my order, and • either prompt delivery of the book or a full refund. I hope this can be resolved quickly and professionally.

The comments box seems fake. 2) I haven't received the 4 bonus books that were supposed to come with my purchase. 3) Less than two weeks after I bought one book, they launched a Buy ONE, Get One FREE offer.
