Lots of hidden fees, which are buried inside so many T&C's. They try to trick you with words like "membership" and "courses" instead of "subscription". So I thought I was buying a course....not an ongoing subscription, that changed from $1 to $99 per month. And if they do send you reminder emails, they hidden within numerous marketing emails (5 emails in one day!!!)

I also just found out I had $150 taken off my account for a 'online' magazine, which I never purchased.

I cannot praise this company enough. The value for money is insane. I have taken so many courses in e-comm from many experts, most of which are more expensive. Exceptional service that genuinely made my day!

I had a great experience with Foundr and their customer support team. I initially had an issue accessing some courses I had already purchased, and they responded quickly and professionally.They escalated the issue right away, kept me updated, and resolved everything smoothly. On top of that, they were incredibly generous and offered me a full 1-year complimentary subscription to Foundr+ (an access to all their courses), which I truly appreciated.Overall, the service was fast, kind, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s rare to find such supportive and customer-focused service these days. Highly recommended!
