Absolute hell !! No customer service at all. It is impossible to get help by anyone from their support. No number to call and speak to a human. They don’t respect their service delays to reply. Dr only prescribes few weeks at the time and there are always 99$ consultation fees for each time, you end up getting dried and no help on top of it.
