If I could give zero stars, I would. Hers telehealth is absolutely the worst, and my experience trying to manage a Wegovy prescription with them was incredibly disappointing. They are completely overpriced and offer zero actual customer care. I recently paid a $99 consultation fee just to renew my ongoing subscription because their automated system prompted me to. When I reached out to my assigned medical consultant, Matthew, he was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me to come back in 3 weeks since I still had a little medication left.I did exactly what he asked and messaged back 3 weeks later. The result? I was completely ignored. He never answered and actually just closed the message thread, leaving me hanging with only one dose left.Do yourself a massive favor and save your money. Do not use Hers. Go see your own family doctor! They will gladly write you a prescription for your medication without the exorbitant fees, the rude staff, and the complete lack of basic service. Dealing with Hers was a total waste of time and money.
Honestly Ive used other sites to get GLP 1 mediciations Forhers BY FAR is the most quickest reliable and easy to work with They will NOT let you down they help you achieve the goals and care you need and are looking for you will not be disappointed ! I highly reccommend!
I can tell you patient welfare is not there priority! Firstly I paid the $99 consultation fee and was approved for Ozempic and filled the prescription. A few weeks later I received a time to renew your prescription message so I complete the questionnaire and pay another $99 fee. A few days later I receive a message from the nurse practitioner telling me it's way to early and I will have to wait 4 more weeks to send the update. I tell him the only reason I did was because his company sent me a notice to complete it. I was able to get my $99 back.I advised my nurse practitioner that I would be away on vacation for 3 months and would only return for 2 days between my vacations. So on the date I was asked to update my file I spent an afternoon trying to sign in with no success, I them spent the next whole day with customer service trying to sign in to find out that I could not sign in from the country I was in. I then explained that I had to update my nurse practitioner prior to returning to Canada for 2 days as I needed the medication before my next trip.I was denied access to contact him, they said I could only speak to him by signing in which they new was not possible from the country I was in. This resulted in me having to discontinue my treatment until I return in April.I am submitting a formal complaint to Health Canada and other sources. A patient should never be denied access to their health care professional in mid treatment.
