I like the concept of their website. But, I thought that paying would give me a faster service for medication prescription, which is REALLY not the case. I have been trying for a whole week, to get an acne cream prescribed. The website recommended I used their pharmacy -pocketpills. I said yes. Pharmacy texted me that the medication is in shortage (yet theres no shortage announced by medication company..). Now pocketpills is telling me I myself need to call multiple pharmacies to see if they have it in stock??? I requested a transfer to my pharmacy and they said no. My pharmacy needs to call them. This is crazy bureaucracy for nothing. I couldve just try and contact my doc to get my prescription and I wouldve gotten it within 2 days max. This has been going on for a whole week. Well, lesson learned! Will not use Livewell again.Edit to add another star for customer service who helped me out after posting this review. I finally got my medication to my pharmacy without issue (no shortage who knew…)
