The customer service of Livewell come in clutch like a FairyGod Mother, making me feel like Cinderella with their extraordinary service. Tbh I have never had fast, understanding service like this online. They are respectful, caring, charming, polite, communicative all in one service. They answer as soon as they can, so like I don’t need to wait in the chat for an answer, I go on with my day and I receive a response ASAP. I will constantly get my Rx from Livewell just because I know their customer service representatives like Amanda and Julia will take care of my needs —Period— give them a raise —Period—.
