While the interaction with a health care provider is good, the follow up is abysmal. You have to pay $99 up front, then wait 2 or more days (right now I'm at three full days, no response) to hear anything.When I had a question only a few weeks into using the medication, I also had to pay the full consultation fee for just a quick inquiry. Not the same as a relationship with a primary physician.UPDATE: it took three days but I did hear back and the PA was excellent. If you are in a rush, not a good option. If you are not, the providers are good.
