They were very quick in their turn around, and they didn’t make me feel like I was under the microscope. When I tried with another company they immediately turned me away because I didn’t meet the obese category. But for me being 40-50 pounds overweight and with zero results from exercise and diet that extra weight made me feel like I was obese.
