I had a very disappointing experience with Livewell. After only six weeks, I was told I would need to pay another $99 consultation fee, which felt unreasonable given how recently I had already paid for one.On top of that, I referred someone using Livewell’s referral link, but when I followed up about the $20 referral credit, I was told it couldn’t be honored because they claimed I didn’t use the referral link. I know I did, but there was no effort to investigate or resolve the issue.Overall, the experience felt unfair and dismissive. Between the unexpected extra fees and the referral credit not being honored, I’ve lost trust in the service. I wouldn’t recommend Livewell based on how this was handled.
