It is an inconsistent service level. I am not eligible for any deductions so my expectations are higher. The renewal of prescriptions with the partner suppliers is not cohesive. I renew my prescription it says "prescription provider/distributor" will get back to you in 12 -24 hours and it doesn't happen. Then I reach out to prescription/distributor and they have no idea that it was initiated. Total disconnect and results in gaps in medication. Ended up taking 72 hours - Need to work on the integration of services to avoid inconvenience and prescription interruptions.
