No matter what question you ask, you only get a script answer that is basically trying to maximize how much money they can make from you.There is zero support, knowledge or basic customer service.I’ve had never ending issues with delivery and Livewell refuse to help and just blame it on their partner.Livewell charge you for every single interaction with them, and the medication costs are higher than their competitors.There isn’t a single reason to use them.
