It’s frustrating that my dashboard profile reverts back to Livewells pharmacy every month. My set preference is pick up at my local pharmacy but every month it automatically changes to livewells. Their lengthy response time ( minimum 1 business day) to each response causes me to have to relent and pay their pharmacy for my prescription as a full week passes without them changing my profile back and I’m out of my medication by this time. As I’m in BC my delivery time is 3 days from them. As I write this I am in the same situation AGAIN. It’s clearly a ploy to ensure you fill your prescription through their pharmacy and absolutely diminishes their reputation as health providers which is a shame as my contact with their health professionals is highly positive.
