Useless. Housing officer Lisa Walker from Ellesmere Port is a good example of the incompetence ripe in this housing association. Their mission statement is very impressive it's just a pity they don't actually achieve any of what they claim they aspire to. Residents lives are blighted by poor repair, poor conditions, no support with tenancy problems. Avoid if you can or be prepared to have the quality of your life and your physical and mental health ruined.Updated to respond to Forhousings reply. I have been in contact with the area housing officer and others in Forhousing repeatedly over the last month, as have my neighbours who have made the same complaints. NOTHING has been done. Our housing officer seems to make it up as she goes along. Forhousing have had more than enough opportunity to address these problems so replying to my review and asking me to get in touch is yet another example of Forhousing,'Lip Service ' policy which looks great but means nothing.
