I have my reasons for not speaking with her, but she is still family, and it infuriates me that you are causing distress to both her and others in your problematic properties. I have reached out to the authorities, but they seem unable to assist, likely due to misleading information. You likely hoped for trouble on my end, but that's not happening. Just know that you will face consequences for your actions, especially when it comes to my family!

My sister typically keeps her complaints to herself unless they significantly affect her life. While there are valid reasons for our lack of communication, it frustrates me deeply that you are causing distress to both her and others living in your neglected properties. Contacting the authorities has been futile, as they seem to be dishonest as well. I suspect you hoped they would arrest me, but that's not happening. Just know, you will face consequences for your actions, especially when it comes to my family!

The repairs are not being addressed...

I have received guidance from a tenant advocacy group and will be scheduling an assessment of the numerous issues in my home, including problems with the front and back gardens, kitchen, loft, and unsealed brickwork. I should have been contacted for repairs long ago, but that hasn't happened. These are serious health and safety concerns, yet they remain unaddressed. I have expressed my frustrations to your support team, who seem indifferent to the needs of tenants. It's disheartening that despite the substantial rent collected, little is invested in property maintenance.

I urge you to stop spreading falsehoods...

I strongly advise you to cease the deceit directed at your legal representative. The statements read in court were untrue, and I will not hesitate to bring this to the judge's attention in the future. I’m not accusing the solicitor of lying, but it seems they were merely relaying false information. If this continues, I will report the solicitor and their firm for dishonesty.

Terrible service experienced.

Having lived in the same property for over 48 years, I have rarely sought help from landlords, aside from necessary repairs. Recently, I reached out regarding my 82-year-old wife's difficulty accessing the bath after a fall. Initially, I received a positive response, but after three weeks of waiting, I decided to purchase and install a handle myself. Even if I receive a response now, it is irrelevant, as I resolved the issue independently.

You will not evade accountability for your actions. A sum of just over £2000 is utterly inadequate for what has transpired. I will pursue legal action, even in my absence, and a representative will be advocating for my interests. This property will not be left for someone else once I secure a new home for my kitten. I wish I could put an end to your actions, but I hope someone more determined than me will take up that challenge.

Do not trust the company’s claims...

I am a vulnerable 65-year-old with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. The company has taken legal action against me to evict me from my flat. I've faced harassment from an upstairs neighbor who was involved in vandalizing my property. Despite police involvement, the situation remains unresolved. The properties are riddled with dampness and mold, and the company has consistently lied about the conditions.

They show up to evict without warning...

They arrive at your home threatening eviction within the hour, leaving no time to gather belongings. This is especially distressing for vulnerable individuals, forcing them into homelessness. They falsely claim you intentionally made yourself homeless to avoid their responsibilities. They rummage through your possessions and take items like clothing without allowing you to retrieve your belongings. The management imposes charges long after you've vacated, all based on deceit. They are dismissive towards those with mental health issues and learning disabilities. This company should be avoided entirely.

Steer clear of this housing association...

This housing association is terrible, harboring dangerous individuals. They delete negative reviews on platforms like Google. If you're a single woman and report antisocial behavior, they will gaslight you into believing you're the problem. I've suffered from violence and harassment by a notorious tenant of theirs for years, yet they refuse to take action. The environment is unsafe, with frequent disturbances and a police presence. This organization is reprehensible for its treatment of residents.
