I spoke with a representative who was very helpful and resolved my issue as promised. I received an email promptly regarding my complaint.

This platform is fantastic for scaling and managing your business with ease. However, I've encountered issues with payout delays. I haven't received this month's payout, which I requested on the 9th. It's troubling that they don't communicate unless I initiate contact, and there's often no clear timeframe for resolution. I hope this gets addressed soon.

Untrustworthy service

Initially, the platform seemed promising. I paid for the first month, but they refused to process the second month's payment after notifying me that my payout was available for withdrawal. After requesting the withdrawal, I waited a month without receiving any payment. Despite numerous emails and calls, I got no clear answers. I was shocked to find out that my account had been suspended. They are holding my money with no payout or refund, and they no longer answer my calls.

I have reached out multiple times via email without receiving a response. I kindly request a refund to manage my pressing bills. The funds I invested were borrowed, and I need them returned. Since you terminated the contract, why is it taking so long to refund my money? It's been 16 days, exceeding the 12 working days promised, and I have received no communication. I urgently need my funds.

Understanding payout delays

I empathize with the stress of payout delays. From my experience managing multiple stores, payment holds can happen for various reasons like chargebacks or verification checks. This is a common issue for all store owners, regardless of management. The current hold is directly from the payment platform, and the service cannot expedite it. I received my October payout today after the hold was lifted. Rest assured, payments will be processed as soon as the platform releases the funds. We are all facing similar challenges, and it will be resolved.
