I got your email requesting my details for Forkobo assistance to my earlier review, I would like to respond publicly to that.
Forkobo has already responded to my review stating that they’ll proceed to close my merchant accounts with them and refund my management fee that I paid to them upon the activation of my account, my question is “what happens to the pending payouts for 6 months?”
Instead of them to take responsibility for their actions (delayed payouts for six whole months) they want to impose account closure on me, stating publicly in their response that I requested for it on March 3rd? What a lie! No accountability for holding my money for months whatsoever!
Trustpilot, be notified that I never requested for an account closure on 3rd March, 2026, as they claimed. That’s a big lie! Forkobo should stop beating around the bush and release my pending payouts! That’s all I’m asking for.
