I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I haven't received any tracking information, and despite emailing them three times, I've gotten no response. I'm worried after seeing all the negative feedback that my order won't arrive and I won't get a refund. I was in dire need of this item for my dog, and now it seems I've lost my money.
