Extremely disappointed with my order

I ordered a custom hoodie from this service before the holidays. It took more than three weeks to arrive, and the quality is disappointing. The material is very flimsy, and the stitching is poorly done. The name stitched beneath the image was also hard to read. I strongly advise against using this service! Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate.

They agreed but asked me to cover the shipping costs, which exceeded my budget. Instead, they offered a 20% refund for the return, but I declined, deciding it was better to keep it. They then proposed a refund without requiring a return, despite my repeated affirmations that I would keep it. I truly appreciated their commitment to customer satisfaction over profit, although the $12 refund felt small compared to the $60 I paid. I’ve seen some negative reviews here, which surprised me. Many complained about delays in delivery, and I experienced that too—it took 16 days for my order to arrive. However, the product and the concept of this company are impressive, and I think those negative reviews overlook that. Just make sure to order well in advance; last-minute shopping isn't ideal anyway.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I opted for express shipping for a birthday gift for my partner, and it still hasn't arrived.
