This company is amazing. We recently moved and my old address was automatically loaded into the shipping address and I didn't catch it until after I put my order in. I emailed hoping to be able to switch addresses and they responded lightening fast. My shipping address was changed within minutes of me realizing my mistake.

This is the best customer service I have experienced in decades. I received thoughtful, educated, prompt responses to my inquiries about which formulas are free of added sugars and what to be looking for. I now feel like I understand the ingredients and can make more educated choices.
I ordered at formuland and they delay the oatmeal for my baby more than a month. After a month they delivered to the wrong address. They drove me mad even I emailed them several times and the answered me like they understood everything.
I do not recommend. Because of them my baby has not oatmeal today and I am feeling very bad.

When I needed to cancel and exchange an order due to my 6-month-old son experiencing severe constipation, they promptly assisted me by canceling and refunding my order and sending out a new gentle formula.
