Deceptive Pricing Practices

I experienced deceptive pricing. The final cost exceeded the advertised price, which was supposed to include free shipping. I will not engage with this service again! You lost a customer before the order was even processed! I am extremely disappointed in this service!

I was unable to initially add a second shoe stretcher to my order. After I submitted my order for one, a pop up asked if I'd like to add a second one. I would have liked to do this initially. As well as a second set for my husband, but unable to do this on the website.
