Had a very bad experience

Had a very bad experience. They told me that they couldn't help me unless I told them my idea. I told them my biggest concern was someone stealing my idea. Which I thought was a legitimate concern on my behalf. They then told me they couldn't help me! I would never recommend them!!

Jake was highly respectful and I feel comfortable working with him

Jake responded the same day I requested information on help with patenting my idea. He was very respectful and professional when we spoke on the phone. I was impressed that the nondisclosure paperwork and copies of all documents were already in my email b4 i asked and he also took the time to teach me how to do a patent search and was extremely patient with me. I didn't feel rushed in our conversation and I felt like he was genuinely sharing his knowledge to help me. So far an amazing experience with this company and I look forward to the bright future GOD has planned for us.
