This was such a simple process. The website was very easy to use, any questions i had were answered quickly and the contact requests came through promptly. The prospective buyers commented on how much they preferred dealing directly with the Owner versus an Agent. It wasn't awkward at all and I loved that i had control over the process.I recommend using a professional photographer. I sold our house in TWO days at almost $50k over ask and saved approximately $17k in fees. Very happy and highly recommend FSBO :-)
