My preferred method is to write the description of my property in a word document and when I'm happy with it I paste it into the appropriate box on the online form. Editing online is also easy. The work can be saved and reworked the next day. I sort photos and have them ready to copy into the form. Once there it's easy to move them around. All communications with the office are friendly and professional. I started receiving responses from potential tenants within the hour. I had only one open house viewing and not everyone who contacted me attended, but many others turned up. I found high quality tenants.
