This was my first time selling a property myself and I wasn’t sure if I was doing the right thing. However it was all made very easy with For Sale by Owner and I would absolutely do it again. I ended up getting over my asking price and saved a huge amount in fees. It required a little more effort than giving it to an agent but most definitely worth it.
