Costumer service was great (even got a beer while shopping), but I’m really disappointed in my mattress. I’m about 3 years out from my original purchase and the top piece of foam has separated from the rest of the bed making it bubble in some areas (this started shortly after purchasing). There is an indention in the center of the bed (where I frequently sleep) and I’m not able to flip the mattress due to its construction (pillow top). Also the top fabric layer of the mattress is very thin and has little rips in it after a few years of wear. I spent $600 on my mattress and definitely thought it would be more durable. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t purchase again.
