We ordered 77 personalized pencil sets for our students for Christmas. Unfortunately, all the items were incorrectly personalized, and we didn't receive the promo discount. After a call, they sent a replacement set, but we were charged again for a second shipment that arrived the next day. I had to contact them multiple times to sort this out. They provided return labels, but only one was sent. It’s frustrating to have to return personalized items. With all the trouble caused, we feel a full refund would be fair. We may consider a different company next Christmas.
