These were fantastic gifts for my 4th grade ELA students. They were thrilled to see their own names! Even though my phone autocorrected a few names, the timely response from this service ensured they received the corrected versions. I will certainly recommend them!
We ordered 77 personalized pencil sets for our students for Christmas. Unfortunately, all the items were incorrectly personalized, and we didn't receive the promo discount. After a call, they sent a replacement set, but we were charged again for a second shipment that arrived the next day. I had to contact them multiple times to sort this out. They provided return labels, but only one was sent. It’s frustrating to have to return personalized items. With all the trouble caused, we feel a full refund would be fair. We may consider a different company next Christmas.
I order personalized pencils annually for my students and added personalized pens this year. The pencils arrived promptly, but the pens were delayed. After contacting support, they assured me they would expedite the pens before the holiday break, and they did! My students were ecstatic to receive their personalized items. Thank you for making it happen! I will definitely order again next year.
My order was split into two shipments with little communication. When I received my personalized items, the packing slip stated there were 22 items, but I only got 21, leaving one student without a gift. I reached out to customer service but received no response. This has happened before.
