I have been a loyal customer since 2016, yet this all changed as of last month. I ordered a class set of personalized pencils for my students on November 4. It is now December 7, and they have yet to be shipped. I contacted customer service twice, and no help was offered. The second person promised an email to me, and that never happened. I am out 56 dollars without this as a gift to my students. I will not be ordering from this company again.
