They sent me a proof that was obviously wrong and didn't match my order. After email correspondence to get a correct proof, they didn't print the pencils. Weeks later when I contacted them again, they printed and sent the pencils. The pencils that arrived were the wrong pencils from the original wrong proof. Not even the same color as what I ordered and printed with an image of some lady on them. They didn't respond to email again. After waiting on hold with customer service, who didn't care one bit about how long it's been or how they sent the wrong thing, they're asking me to return the pencils with the lady on them for me to get the pencils I ordered. This isn't a misprint or a mistake.
