They will almost ALWAYS renege on their warranty! The technicians will report back to them 'no problem found' or 'normal wear & tear' thus voiding any responsibility by the company/warranty. One of the airbags on my air massage sofa seemed to deflate( after only abt 2 years or less) which made both the massager and lumbar support become less efficient on one side of the sofa. The other side was still operable, and when i challenged the technician to compare the working side with the less efficient side, he SWORE he felt no difference...which was a BLATANT LIE. Based on his report back to company, claim was denied.DO NOT TRUST ANY WARRANTY GIVEN BY ROOMS TO GO FURNITURE OR FORTEGRA!
